Warehouse Associate

Our client, a leading logistics and supply chain organization, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the operations support team, contributing to efficient warehouse processes and ensuring smooth shipping and receiving activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: JACKSONVILLE Southside

Pay Range: $17

Shift: 1st shift

What’s the Job?

• Process shipping or receiving documentation accurately and efficiently
• Physically receive, store, package, label, and ship freight as needed
• Assist in the development and growth of all assigned accounts in coordination with sales and management
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of inventory levels
• Utilize barcode scanning equipment to support inventory management

What’s Needed?

• Ability to work in a physical environment, including lifting and moving freight
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Basic familiarity with barcode scanning equipment is a plus
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
• Team-oriented attitude and good communication skills
