In this role, you’ll handle inventory, shipping, returns, and light product assembly, all while helping improve how we manage our fulfillment workflows. If you’re organized, reliable, and have a knack for troubleshooting and coordination, we’d love to hear from you.In this role, you’ll:Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipmentsOrganize inventory and maintain accurate stock recordsPack and ship : 110 customer orders per month on time and with careManage returns (RMAs) and coordinate replacements or repairsPerform basic product assembly and troubleshootingResolve delivery issues and communicate with vendors and couriersSuggest and implement process improvements to boost efficiencyKeep the workspace clean, safe, and well-organizedRequirementsWhat we’re looking for:Experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or logistics roleUnderstanding of shipping, receiving, and returns workflowsStrong attention to detail and accuracy in documentationComfort using inventory systems, barcode scanners, and spreadsheetsAbility to lift boxes up to 50 lbs and handle physical tasks reliablyBasic technical aptitude for assembly, testing, or part replacementsGood communication and coordination skillsAuthorized to work in the U.SNice to have:Knowledge of supply chain processes and vendor relationshipsExperience resolving shipping discrepancies and delivery issuesComfort working in a startup or high-growth environmentBenefitsWhat we offer:A supportive, collaborative team environmentReal impact on daily operations and customer satisfactionOpportunities to grow and improve technical and logistics skillsFlexible work culture and strong work-life balanceCompensation & Benefits:Monthly Salary: 3300 $ per months USDTraining & Development OpportunitiesGreat Team CultureSafe, Well-Equipped WorkspaceAbout Us:Keycafe is based in Vancouver, Canada, and serves customers in over 50 countries.
