The Temporary Critical Need RN (Internal Traveler) at INTEGRIS Health Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City, OK will provide exceptional patient care as part of the Float Pool team. Responsibilities include managing and delivering patient care, floating to various units as needed, and participating in on-call status. Requirements include current RN licensure in Oklahoma, 3 years of RN patient care experience in a hospital setting, BLS certification, and the ability to communicate effectively in English. Additional qualifications may be required for specialty areas. This position involves working all assigned shifts, floating to different departments, working a minimum of 48 hours per week with four weekend shifts per month, and working all holidays during the assignment period.
