• Experience: Recent inpatient cardiac anesthesia, pediatric cardiac, neonatal, or complex congenital cases preferred

What You'll Do:

• Provide anesthesia care for neonatal, pediatric, and adult cardiac procedures, including bypass, catheterizations, electrophysiology, and imaging studies
• Support complex cardiac cases such as neonatal and infant surgeries, mediastinal explorations, and ECMO procedures
• Handle approximately 1-3 imaging or cath procedures daily, with occasional OR cases
• Work independently in a solo model without support staff or CRNAs
• Document case logs and assist with quality improvement initiatives
• Participate in program development and governance activities

What You Need:

• Valid state medical license and certification as a Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant
• Experience in cardiac adult/congenital, neonatal, or pediatric anesthesia preferred
• Ability to work independently, manage complex cases, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work day shifts, covering multiple pediatric cardiac and non-cardiac anesthesia cases
