Patient Care Executive (PCE)

We are hiring a compassionate Patient Care Executive (PCE) to assist patients with daily care needs and support nursing staff in delivering quality healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with mobility, feeding, bathing, and personal hygiene
• Support nurses in routine patient care activities
• Monitor and report patient condition changes to nursing staff
• Help in patient transfer within hospital premises
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of patient areas
• Provide emotional support and comfort to patients
• Follow hospital safety and infection control protocols

Qualifications & Requirements

• 10th / 12th pass
• Certification in Patient Care / Nursing Assistant (preferred)
• 0–2 years of experience (Freshers may apply)
• Willingness to work in shifts, including nights

Preferred Skills

• Caring and patient-focused attitude
• Basic healthcare knowledge
• Ability to work under supervision
• Good communication skills
