We are seeking a versatile and experienced Dental Assistant Floater to join our team, providing essential support across our seven practices on the westside of Phoenix. This position offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to work in various locations while ensuring high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during a range of procedures, including surgery, implants, and endodontics.
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and dental equipment.
- Perform dental scanning and ensure accurate imaging for diagnostic purposes.
- Provide exceptional patient care and support throughout treatment visits.
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with appointment scheduling as needed.
- Adapt to different office environments and contribute to a cohesive team dynamic.
- Manage inventory and ensure that dental supplies are readily available.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a dental practice (Dentrix experience preferred).
- DANB certification (required).
- EFDA certification preferred; pay scale will adjust accordingly.
- Completion of an accredited Dental Assistant program.
- Valid Dental Assistant certification/license in the state of Arizona.
- Radiography certification preferred.
- CPR certification is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
