- Review plans, specifications, and addenda to develop accurate quantity takeoffs.
- Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing.
- Partner with preconstruction and project teams during bid handoffs.
- Track historical cost data to continuously refine estimating accuracy.
